Job Title: Level 3 Room Leader

Location: Cavendish Lodge Nurseries and Preschool, Streatham

Salary: 30,472-31,408 per annum

We are seeking a confident and dedicated Level 3 Senior Preschool Practitioner to join our team. The successful candidate will lead and motivate a toddler room (2-3 year olds), overseeing the planning and delivery of engaging activities, supporting staff members, and ensuring the well-being and development of the children alongside the room Leader.

Strong leadership skills, a passion for early years education, and a Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education are essential for this role.

Key Requirements:

- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education
- Ability to work full time, Monday to Friday, 40 hours a week or four days 8-6
- Commutable distance of Streatham
- Proven experience working with children aged 2 years and above
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Ability to create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment
