Level 4 AAT Apprentices (x2 Positions Available) - Join Our Growing Practice

Location: Castle Eden, TS27

Hours: Full-time

Start Date: January 2026

Treggena Ltd is looking to recruit two motivated, reliable and career-driven Level 4 AAT Apprentices to join our expanding accountancy practice.

This is a rare opportunity to gain high-quality, hands-on practice experience while completing the final stage of your AAT qualification.

What You'll Gain Working With Us

This is not a box-ticking apprenticeship. You will gain real, practical experience, including:

End-to-end bookkeeping across a wide range of industries VAT return preparation and review Payroll processing and client payroll support Assisting with year-end accounts and tax compliance Direct client interaction (not just behind-the-scenes work) Training on multiple software platforms (Xero, Sage, Moneysoft, etc.) Exposure to real workflows, deadlines and professional practice standards
You will not be stuck photocopying or making coffees - you will be trained as a junior accountant from day one.

Who We're Looking For

Completion of AAT Level 2 and Level 3 Strong ambition to build a career in accountancy Excellent timekeeping, reliability and a professional attitude Confident communicator, comfortable working with clients Detail-oriented, organised and eager to learn Mature, committed and ready for real responsibility Positive attitude with the ability to handle busy workloads calmly
Previous practice experience is an advantage but not essential - the right attitude is more important than experience.
