LTSB is a social mobility charity and we've partnered with NatWest Group to connect young people from underserved backgrounds with brilliant apprenticeship opportunities.

We are offering places on our 12-day interactive course where you will receive employability training, interaction with NatWest Group staff and Q&A sessions, gain insight into the culture at NatWest Group and other employers, interview prep work and advice from previous LTSB students on their apprenticeships.

Everybody who completes our course is guaranteed an interview for an apprenticeship at NatWest!

Programme start date: 31st July 2025 Apprenticeship: Level 4 Data Analyst

Eligibility Criteria:



Educated at a state school (non fee-paying) Live in Manchester or commutable distance Received free school meals and/or require additional support to access careers

You must have 5 GCSEs (Grade 9-4 / A

-C) and A-Level (or equivalent) in a STEM related field.

You won't be able to join the programme if you have the same or equivalent qualification in a similar field. This may include a related apprenticeship, a university degree or a role in which you may have developed similar skills.



LTSB will continue to support successful candidates until roles commence in the autumn, and then for the first year of your career.

The Job



Build and maintain strong partnerships with businesses and third-party suppliers to support capability needs. Engage with stakeholders to determine strategic workforce plans and future capability requirements. Gather, analyse, and interpret business data, providing insights to support strategy and problem resolution. Identify skill gaps and implement technical learning frameworks. Develop and execute a communications and engagement plan, managing key communication channels. Capture, validate, and document business data requirements, using visualization and analytics to drive informed decisions. Perform data extraction, manipulation, and quality assurance to ensure accurate reporting and insights.

By applying advanced statistical and computational techniques, we optimize processes and empower data-driven innovation, equipping future experts with essential skills.

Pay: From 25,020.00 per year
