We are seeking a skilled and passionate Skin Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess levels 3 & 4 certifications in skin and aesthetic treatments, along with excellent customer service skills. As a Skin Therapist, you will be responsible for providing personalised skincare consultations and treatments to clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of care and attention.
Duties
Conduct thorough skin assessments to determine client needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Perform a variety of skincare treatments, including facials, peels, and other advanced therapies.
Maintain a clean and hygienic workspace in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through exceptional customer service and effective communication.
Stay updated on the latest skincare trends, products, and techniques to provide informed recommendations.
Educate clients on proper skincare routines and product usage to promote long-term skin health.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Skin Therapist or in a similar role within the beauty industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients.
Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
A relevant qualification in levels 3 & 4 Beauty Therapy is required.
A passion for skincare and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
