About the role


------------------


The Customer Service Team are responsible for providing help and support for our students and visitors and for ensuring that the library environment is safe and in good order.


This is an on-campus role. It is not suitable for regular remote working.




This is an internal secondment role, available to current UCL staff only. The secondment will run from 4th August 2025 - 31st March 2026.

About you

We are looking for candidates who in particular have the following experience and skills:


Relevant experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.

Accuracy and attention to detail

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Excellent interpersonal skills
