We are looking for a Life Events Support Manager to contribute to the delivery of services such as workplace adjustments, dyslexia assessments, parental support programme and job share across the Met. This is a key role in ensuring that our colleagues receive the right support, enabling them to thrive at work.

Support the internal dyslexia assessment service, including monitoring engagement and compliance. Support the delivery of the parental support programme and the roll out of Job Share throughout the Met. Work with stakeholders across HR, Health & Safety, DDaT and external partners to maintain strong relationships and improve service delivery. Promote awareness of the Life Events services through clear communication and engagement activities. Use data and employee feedback to evaluate services and drive continuous improvement.

We don't expect applicants to have every desirable skill listed, so if you meet the essentials, we'd love to hear from you.

What we can offer you

You'll also enjoy excellent benefits, including:

28 days annual leave plus bank holidays (rising to 33 days after 5 years' service) Civil Service pension arrangements Interest-free season ticket loans Membership of Met sports and social clubs Flexible working options
