Due to continued business growth, Red Rose Insurance Solutions is looking to recruit experienced Life Insurance Sales Advisors to join our expanding team.

, we work with all major protection providers including Aviva, Zurich, LV, Vitality, Royal London, Scottish Widows, HSBC and Legal & General.

What We Offer

Basic salary:

28,000 - 30,000

Uncapped commission structure

OTE 60,000+

(currently achieved by our top performer) Less than

The Role

Warm leads provided daily via Google, social media, digital channels and our in-house lead generation team Leads are delivered directly to your CRM and allocated to you Minimum of

30 leads per day

Conduct thorough fact-finds and provide clear, accurate product information Help customers make informed decisions on the most suitable protection products Complete applications and manage underwriting cases Manage and maintain your own sales pipeline

Working Hours

Monday: 13:00 - 19:00 Tuesday: 10:00 - 19:00 Wednesday: 12:00 - 19:00 Thursday: 10:00 - 19:00 Friday: 10:00 - 15:00

Training & Development

Initial training delivered directly by the Managing Director Full induction covering company processes, providers, FCA regulations and compliance Ongoing support as you transition into taking customer calls and selling

About You

Minimum

1 year's experience in protection insurance sales

Strong knowledge of life insurance, critical illness and income protection Confident speaking with customers and managing your own pipeline Ambitious, self-motivated and looking to grow quickly within a small, fast-moving business

Pay: 28,000.00-30,000.00 per year
