Job Description

As an Insurance Adviser with Active Mortgages, you'll play a crucial role in providing life insurance, critical illness, income protection, health insurance and home insurance advice to our clients.

We believe that exceptional advice and service lead to outstanding sales.

Our approach is to build lasting relationships, resulting in a significant volume of referrals across the UK. Primarily telephone-based, this role requires adherence to regulatory standards while striving to exceed agreed targets.

Weekly Responsibilities

Engaging in initial consultations to discuss clients' insurance needs. Working closely with our mortgage advisers to provide a seamless service. Conducting thorough fact-finding calls, including medical questionnaires. Undertaking research, due diligence, and providing recommendations. Processing insurance applications and managing our CRM. Liaising with insurance providers and discussing additional services such as home insurance, wills, and trusts with clients. Working with our insurance admin team to manage applications through to completion

Experience and Qualifications

Previous sales experience is essential. Experienced in selling Life insurance, critical illness or income protection is a huge advantage. A proven track record within the financial services industry. Excellent communication skills and telephone etiquette.
