We cater to both dine-in and take-out customers, with a strong focus on quality and consistency.

We take pride in crafting our food from scratch, all meat, sauces, and dough are prepared fresh on-site to ensure an exceptional dining experience.

The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Line Chef to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate will be confident working across all kitchen stations and have a solid background in prepping fresh ingredients to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook dishes to a consistently high standard across all stations Assist in the preparation of fresh, in-house items including meats, sauces, and dough Maintain high levels of hygiene, cleanliness, and organisation at your workstation Execute orders quickly and accurately during busy service periods Adhere to recipes, portion sizes, and presentation standards Work collaboratively with the kitchen team and support senior chefs as required

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role within a busy kitchen environment Strong prep skills and experience working with fresh, made-from-scratch ingredients Confident handling a varied menu including burgers, pizzas, and Asian cuisine Solid understanding of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen procedures Reliable, punctual, and able to perform under pressure Positive attitude and a strong team ethic
