Summary



As a Line Chef, you will be an essential part of our kitchen team, responsible for preparing high-quality dishes in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Reporting to the Head Chef & Kitchen Manager, you will utilize your core skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety to ensure that every meal meets our standards.

Responsibilities



Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards. Ensure food safety and sanitation practices are followed in the kitchen. Assist in meal preparation and catering for events as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain a smooth workflow. Keep the kitchen organized and clean, including equipment and work areas. Provide excellent service by plating and serving dishes to customers.

Qualifications



Proven experience in food preparation and culinary techniques not essential Strong kitchen experience with a focus on food safety standards Familiarity with catering and meal preparation processes Previous restaurant experience is highly desirable Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent serving skills and customer service orientation

Pay: 12.79 per hour
