Requirements of Chef:
Maintaining impeccable standards within kitchen through prep, service and cleanliness No job too big or too small Be a team player - you're the first to jump in if someone's falling behind Building a strong knowledge of our menu, suppliers, ingredients and presentation of dishes
Responsibilities of Chef:
To support the head chef in the day to day running of kitchen Preparation of food, 99% of menu items prepared in house Run shifts and organise kitchen in the head chef absence Manage team in the head chefs absence
Salary & Benefits
12.50 - 12.75 per hour starting Cash tips & tronc (average 1.50 an hour) Free food on shift Weekly pay Staff discount across company
