offers memorable dining experiences. This all begins behind the scenes with our culinary team's commitment to an efficient service and exceptional cuisine. With the Bistro and Garden Room's outdoor dining, you'll be working in an exciting but busy kitchen using fresh, locally sourced ingredients.

You will grow with the team and assist the Head Chef showcasing your talents with input on our menu.

Working on numerous sections to assist with cover and establishing procedures. We are looking for someone who is capable as working as part of a team or as an individual.

Your role as Line Chef



To ensure the delivery of high quality, consistently presented menu items To manage food cost controls that are set by Head Chef To ensure compliance with all food safety requirements To track, monitor and minimize waste To ensure a focus on sustainability targets Working to a high standard Work closely with the front of house team to ensure our guests have a memorable dining experience Keep up to date with the latest trends and using your innovative ideas to create and produce weekly specials on the menu Ensure all areas of the kitchen are clean sanitized, before/during/after shifts

10 hour shift 8 hour shift
Ability to commute/relocate:

Newcastle upon Tyne: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Qualifications
- Food preparation skills
- Cooking experience
- Culinary background
- Kitchen expertise
- Proficiency in meal preparation
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Restaurant and serving experience
- Hospitality and host/hostess experience

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 12.21-13.00 per hour
