We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Line Cook to join our busy kitchen team. Duties

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes following established recipes and presentation standards Assist in food preparation, including chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients Ensure all food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times Maintain cleanliness and organisation of work stations throughout shifts Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during busy periods Monitor stock levels and communicate needs for replenishment to management Support the overall operation of the kitchen, including assisting with meal preparation and serving when required

Experience

Previous experience in a kitchen environment or restaurant setting is highly desirable Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices Familiarity with food safety regulations and standards Experience with meal preparation and cooking across various cuisines is advantageous Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Excellent organisational skills and the ability to work as part of a team
