Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and standards Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner to meet service demands Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations, utensils, and equipment Follow food safety and hygiene regulations at all times Assist with meal presentation and garnishing to enhance visual appeal Support team members during busy periods to ensure smooth kitchen operations Adhere to portion control guidelines and minimise waste Assist with stock rotation and inventory management as required

Requirements

Proven experience in food preparation, cooking, or a similar role within a restaurant setting Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices Strong organisational skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure Excellent attention to detail in meal preparation and presentation Ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and evenings if necessary A genuine passion for culinary arts and delivering exceptional guest experiences Must hold a Level 2 in food Hygiene.

Pay: From 12.21 per hour
