Responsibilities

Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to ensure high-quality meals are served. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to plan and execute menu items efficiently. Assist in training junior kitchen staff and ensuring adherence to culinary techniques. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Contribute to a positive dining experience through attentive service and teamwork.

Qualifications

Proven culinary experience in a professional kitchen environment Strong food preparation and cooking skills Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Experience in meal preparation and presentation Familiarity with restaurant operations and serving techniques Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent teamwork and communication skills
