We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and presentation standards.
Assist in meal preparation and ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including workstations and equipment.
Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during service.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
Help train new kitchen staff on proper cooking techniques and safety procedures.
Follow all health and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a kitchen or restaurant setting is preferred, particularly in meal preparation and food safety practices.
Strong culinary skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
