Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our facility by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining cleanliness and order. This position requires strong communication skills and the ability to work well with both staff and customers.

Duties

Maintain cleanliness in all areas, including lobbies, hallways, and outdoor spaces. Perform routine inspections of the premises to ensure safety and cleanliness standards are met. Assist with deliveries and pick-ups as required, including driving company vehicles. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries and requests promptly. Collaborate with other staff members to ensure efficient operations within the facility.

Skills

Strong command of English, both written and verbal, for effective communication. Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a friendly and approachable demeanour. Good communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
