Location:

Manchester City Centre

The Role

You will manage your own varied Defendant caseload with a high level of autonomy, handling claims predominantly arising from Road Traffic Accidents from instruction through to conclusion. This will include pre-litigation and the full litigation process.

You will undertake all necessary investigations and evidential analysis while supporting and advising clients throughout the lifecycle of each claim, ensuring matters progress efficiently and to a high standard.

Using our purpose-built case management system, you will manage your daily tasks effectively, ensuring every file touch adds value. You will use your skills and experience to achieve successful outcomes, whether through negotiation or at trial.

Essential Requirements

2+ years' experience in Credit Hire / RTA / Litigation A strong desire to succeed Excellent client care skills Strong problem-solving ability High attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Good administrative and organisational skills
