A reputable and long-established law firm is currently seeking a skilled

Part-Time Litigation Secretary

to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced legal secretary who is looking to work in a supportive and professional environment with flexible hours.

Role Overview:


The successful candidate will provide key administrative and secretarial support to the litigation team, assisting with a varied caseload and ensuring the smooth operation of day-to-day legal procedures.

Key Responsibilities:



Preparing and typing legal documents and correspondence to a high standard Managing diaries, scheduling appointments, and booking meetings Filing documents with the court and organizing case files Liaising with clients, counsel, court staff, and third parties Handling billing, file management, and general administrative tasks

Candidate Profile:



Proven experience in a litigation secretary or legal PA role is essential Strong working knowledge of legal procedures and terminology Excellent typing and IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Professional, discreet, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to 27,000.00 per year
