The role will suit a solicitor with at least 3 years' PQE and a broad litigation background, with experience across corporate and commercial disputes, as well as residential and commercial property litigation. You will act for a diverse client base, including business owners, SMEs, property developers, landlords, and private individuals, advising on and resolving complex disputes efficiently and commercially.
You will work closely with colleagues across the firm, managing your own caseload while contributing to team development, client relationships, and business growth.
The role will be based in our Brighton office, centrally located and within easy walking distance of the Royal Pavilion and Brighton railway station.
Key requirements:
Qualified solicitor with a minimum of three years' PQE.
Broad litigation experience, ideally including corporate, commercial, and property disputes.
Strong technical ability with a practical, client-focused approach.
Confidence working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
Excellent communication and client care skills.
An interest in developing client relationships and supporting business development.
We offer a competitive salary, negotiable depending on experience, together with bonus arrangements to be agreed.
Even if you are not actively looking to move at this stage, we would still welcome a conversation. We are always open to discussing future opportunities and how your experience could fit within our growing team.
