Job Description

A well-established and forward-thinking law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services to individuals and businesses. Our Litigation team handles a broad range of contentious matters, and due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Litigation Solicitor to join our dynamic department.

The Role

As a Litigation Solicitor, you will manage your own caseload of varied civil and commercial disputes, working closely with clients to achieve the best possible outcomes. You'll handle matters from initial instruction through to trial, settlement, or alternative dispute resolution.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing a caseload of civil and/or commercial litigation matters. Drafting pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence. Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings. Providing pragmatic and commercially focused advice. Building and maintaining strong client relationships. Supporting senior solicitors and mentoring junior team members where appropriate.

About You

We're looking for a confident and proactive solicitor with excellent technical and communication skills.

Essential requirements:

Qualified Solicitor with [2-5] years' PQE (other levels considered). Strong background in general civil and/or commercial litigation. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills. Ability to manage a busy caseload independently and meet deadlines. A client-focused approach and strong business acumen
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 24,420.00-50,007.15 per year
