We're thrilled to offer a new opportunity to join our Vehicle Damage Post-Litigation team as a Training and Development Assistant. You will be responsible for the training and development of staff within the Vehicle Damage Post Litigation Department coordinating and delivering training in line with key business requirements for the department.

Responsibilities



Responsible for the delivery of internal training and generating training/coaching material in line with scheduled training sessions. Coordinating training programmes and record/track in training records. Providing support and guidance to the VD Lead Training officer and VD Post lit, developing staff skills and identifying skills gaps through analysis. Review effectiveness of training within department, identifying training requirements and forecasting training needs. Recognising different learning styles and adapting delivery of training appropriately.

Working Hours



This role is Full Time based on 40 Hours per week, and we are also fully office based in Byker, Newcastle.
