Your Responsibilities:

Managing Our Inbound Customer Service Via Web Chat.

Providing A High Standard Of Customer Service To Our Customers. Dealing With First Time Customer Query Resolution When Possible, Dealing with Correct Escalation Procedures. Using And Implementing Feedback Given From Coaching And Monitoring Sessions. Maintaining High Standard Data Security And GDPR Regulations. Following Your Assigned Daily Schedules and Tasks. Multiple chats

What Are We Looking For?

Somebody With A Passion For Good Customer Service Excellent Written And Verbal Communication Skills. Punctual And Conscient. Good Attention To Detail. Web Chat experience Fast typing Skills

Hours:

40 Hours per week. Monday - FridayFully Flexible

Salary:

12.75 per hour Paid fortnightly

Requirements:

At Least 6 Months Customer Service Or Contact Centre Experience Ideally within web chat Full Time Availability ID & Right To Work Required (Passport Or Birth Certificate) Immediate Start Basic Access NI check / Credit check is required once successful.
