Job Description

We're looking for experienced live events crew.

Note: we get a lot of applicants from the events industry but without crewing experience. It's crucial you have crewing experience, not just working with them. Crewing needs to be your bread and butter, even if you have other goals or skills.

Our goal is simple

: to provide the greatest crews ever assembled in the live events industry.
To get that done, we need grafters, team workers and people who get things done.
You'll be polite, reliable and on time, every time.

What you'll do:

Lead and manage crews on-site for concerts, festivals, corporate shows, and more Lead smooth load-ins/outs, crew coordination, and safety compliance Communicate clearly with our clients and your crew Solve problems fast and lead by example

What we need from you:

Proven experience as a Crew Chief or Crew Member

in live events

Exceptional

leadership and communication skills

Advanced knowledge

of AV, staging, rigging and lighting Utterly reliable, punctual, and calm under pressure

Pay

The range is 16-22 p/h and it'll entirely depend on your experience and ability, which you'll get to demonstrate in our training session. We're open to negotiation.
