The Role

We're seeking a confident and hands-on

Live Events Supervisor

to lead teams at live events across the UK. You'll be the driving force on the ground -- coordinating staff, managing logistics, and ensuring operations run smoothly from start to finish.

This is a

full-time role (40 hours per week)

, with hours spread across weekdays, evenings, and weekends depending on the event schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, motivate, and coordinate your team on event days Supervise Car Park Attendants, Event Stewards, and Traffic Management Operatives Act as the main point of contact for clients and team members on-site Ensure health & safety standards are maintained at all times Manage operations effectively under pressure Provide feedback and post-event reports to management

What You'll Need

Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel nationwide (transport provided) Previous experience in events, stewarding, or traffic management (preferred) Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Proactive, reliable attitude, especially during busy periods Willingness to work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
