"Doing 8-hour shifts as a live-in carer gives me structure and balance. I can fully support my client during the day and still have time to rest and reset. It's meaningful work without the burnout" Live-in Carer review
What you'll be doing as a live-in carer:
As a live-in care assistant, you'll follow a personalised care plan that enables clients to stay in their own homes. You'll stay with your client during your chosen rota pattern. You'll be working an average of 8 hours per day, you'll make a real difference and still have energy for yourself. Here, we value your skills, respect your choices, and are committed to supporting you. Together, we're improving the lives of those in your local area, one meaningful step at a time, by delivering outstanding care across England.
At The Good Care Group we think there's nowhere better for those who want to make a real difference.
We're committed to diversity and inclusivity, believing it drives excellence and reflects the communities we serve. We've proudly launched our Neurodiversity and LGBTQ+ steering groups to further promote inclusivity and welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
