Are you a compassionate and experienced support worker looking for a rewarding live-in role? Havesters Care Ltd is seeking

two female live-in support workers

to provide high-quality, one-to-one care for a client in the Cardiff area.

About the Role:

Provide round-the-clock support tailored to individual needs Assist with personal care, household tasks, and companionship Support the client with community access and social engagement Build a trusting relationship with the client and work closely with other professionals and family

Requirements:

Must be

female

- this is an

occupational requirement

under the Equality Act 2010, Schedule 9, Part 1, due to the personal nature of the care

English must be your first language

- this is required to meet the client's communication needs Must hold a

full UK driving licence

Access to your own car

for use during the placement (mileage paid) Previous experience in care or live-in support is highly desirable Caring, reliable, and patient nature
