Right at Home Bromsgrove, Redditch & Droitwich is a local, quality, homecare provider who supports vulnerable adults to receive the care and companionship they need in their own home.

What we need from you

Our Live-in Care Assistants enable adults requiring care or support to remain independent and live in their own homes for as long as possible. If you have a caring nature and a desire to help those in your community, read on to find out more about a rewarding job as a Live-in Care Assistant.
We have a number of wonderful clients who need support to continue living in their own home

What we offer our Live-in Care Assistants:

Premium hourly rates and additional mileage pay. Generally we work on a 2 week on 2 week off basis where you earn 140 hours in two weeks equivalent to 35 hours per week for 4 weeks and then have 2 weeks off.

A 24 hour on call support service - we are only a phone call away should you need any help - no question is too big or too small

Job security - with over 85 offices in our network, should your care package come to an end, there is the opportunity to move into other care packages across the UK

Access to high-quality training and ongoing support to make sure you are comfortable and confident in your role

We also understands how important it is that our Live-in Care Assistants get a

Duties will include:

Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day Personal care Administering medication Assisting Clients with washing and dressing Shopping Housekeeping Meal preparation Taking Clients for appointments or outings
By becoming a Live-in Care Assistant, you are not only supporting people to live a happier and fulfilled life, you will also become an integral part of ensuring their families can have peace of mind knowing that their loved one is in the best hands.

You probably already have the skills you need to make a great Care Assistant, but we will teach you everything you need to know with our industry leading training.

If you have experience as a Care Assistant, Support Worker, Carer, Health Care Assistant or in the NHS we would love to hear from you. However, if you do not have experience, we provide full training and encourage candidates from all sectors to apply, for example: retail sales assistant, customer service, hairdressers/beauticians, receptionist, administrator, cleaners, warehouse workers and delivery drivers.
