Job Description
We are recruiting for a Live -In care position in Cardiff.
As a "Live- In Carer", we would like you to be adaptable, personable but ultimately your role would be to put the service user first. We will look after you, whilst you look after the service user . You will be living with the service user in their home, but you will have your own bedroom and time off at agreed intervals.
The role of a Live-in Care Assistant
As a Live-in Care Assistant, you'll be supporting your client in their own home seven days a week to remain as independent as possible. Your duties may include but won't be limited to:
Companionship - providing support, companionship, communication and engagement
Personal care- supporting with a wash, bath or shower and supporting the service user with dressing and oral care.
Meals - supporting the service user with healthy meals, snacks and beverages.
Domestic tasks -light cleaning tasks.
Mobility - supporting the service user to live as independently as possible.
Social activities- trips out, social engagements and activities
The goal is to help the service user live as independently as possible in their homes with our support. Working as a Live-In Care Assistant is not the easiest role, but we believe it is one of the most rewarding roles you can have.
Pay :740.00 per week
