Female & Male Live In carers 857.50/weekly.

THSTS, a domiciliary care company based in Reading, is expanding its team of dedicated support workers. We provide high-quality care across the Reading, Westberkshire and Wokingham areas, helping vulnerable individuals live independently in their own homes. We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and reliable individuals for full-time or part-time Live-In Carer roles.

The role involves supporting individuals with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, companionship, and encouraging independence in all aspects of daily living. You will also assist with daily routines such as attending medical appointments, engaging in outdoor activities, food shopping, and meal preparation.

Applicants with previous Live-In care experience are preferred, but we also welcome candidates with no prior experience, as full training will be provided to successful applicants. Having SCIP (Strategies for Crisis Intervention and Prevention) training is highly beneficial. All applicants must be legally allowed to work in the UK. A full driving licence and access to a car with valid insurance are also preferred.

Shift patterns include One week in and one week off. In return, THSTS offers flexible working hours, competitive weekly pay, sick pay, paid holidays, and a supportive working environment.
