We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to provide exceptional support and assistance to individual in their own private home based in Slough. The ideal candidate will possess a genuine desire to improve the quality of life for our clients through attentive and personalised care. This paid position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of senior individual with personnel home care services.

Duties

Deliver personalised patient care, including assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility support Blood sugar levels needs to checked along with Insulin Administer medication in accordance with prescribed instructions and document accordingly Prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual dietary needs and preferences Support patients with mobility challenges through safe lifting and transfer techniques Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance mental well-being Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to personal care environments Monitor health status and report any changes promptly to healthcare professionals or family members Follow all health and safety protocols, including first aid procedures when necessary Must have DBS clearance and the right to work in the UK. This will full time role, maximum of six days a week as a live in carer.

Experience

Must be fluent in Punjabi and would prefer a male but female is welcome to apply. Previous experience in assisted living, nursing home environments, or home care is highly desirable Certification in first aid and medication administration is preferred but not mandatory; training can be provided for suitable candidates
