We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and experienced
Female
Live-In Carer
to provide high-quality, continuous support to a client within their private home.This role operates on a reliable
3-weeks-on and 3-weeks-off rota,
ensuring you have predictable time off. We are committed to fostering a supportive and professional working environment.Key Requirements:
A strong preference will be given to candidates who are fluent in, or have a conversational understanding of, the Welsh language.
The ability to communicate in Welsh is highly valued by our client.The Role and Responsibilities
As a Live-In Female Carer, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive, round-the-clock support, includings:
Personal Care:
Assisting with washing, dressing, showering, and maintaining personal hygiene.Mobility Support:
Assisting with transferring, walking, and using mobility aids (e.g., hoist, frame).Medication Management:
Prompting and administering prescribed medication (following training/protocol).Domestic Duties:
Light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe living environment.Nutritional Support:
Preparing healthy and balanced meals tailored to the client's dietary requirements.Companionship:
Engaging in conversation, supporting hobbies, and accompanying the client on outings/appointments.Record Keeping:
Maintaining accurate daily records and reporting any changes to the line manager.The Rota & Compensation
Shift Pattern:
3 consecutive weeks working, followed by 3 consecutive weeks off (3:3 Rota).
Accommodation & Food:
A private room and food are provided during your 3-week placement.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 800.00-1,040.00 per week
