: Live-in Carer

We are looking to recruit passionate and dedicated Live In Carer to come and support our growing home care business, Homelium. We're looking for individuals with a strong work ethic and a professional demeanour to provide dedicated care to our clients in their own home and build lasting relationships. MUST BE reliable and commit to 3 weeks on 1 week off although this could be flexible depending on the client.

We will offer a signing bonus of 500 after 6 months of service has been completed.*

All applicants with a DBS on update service who join Homelium will be rewarded with a 100 bonus in your first wage!

We operate a refer a friend scheme in this area worth 500 if they are successful and complete probation*

Responsibilities:

Assist with daily activities of patients and their caregivers Maintain accurate patient records and medical documentation Assist with medication compliance and care management Provide general support to the facility as needed Adherence to HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidential information Other tasks as assigned by management

Requirements:

Ability to maintain patience and professionalism in tough situations (e.g., emergencies) Knowledge of emergency care protocols (e.g., Paramedic) is helpful but not required Prior experience in caregiving or a related field is preferred Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to follow care plans and adapt to clients' individual needs Physical and emotional stamina to handle the demands of live-in care
