About the Role:
Join our fast-paced Fresh Foods Warehouse team as a Loader, where you'll play a key role in ensuring our goods are loaded safely, accurately, and on time for delivery to our customers. Using a voice loading system or a provided manifest, you'll be responsible for loading vehicles efficiently, resolving any issues such as damaged or missing goods, and maintaining high standards of food safety and security. You'll also be expected to manage returned items, check vehicle equipment and temperatures, and support the smooth handover between warehouse teams by keeping work areas clear and organised. This is a hands-on, detail-focused role ideal for someone who takes pride in working methodically and as part of a team to meet shared goals.

Earning Potential
You will be guaranteed a rate of 14.62/hr, for the standard 38 hr working week across the shift pattern.
Joining us as Loader the minimum criteria you'll need is:
Previous experience within a warehouse environment.
Previous roll cage experience.
Previous experience of loading.
The Attributes you'll need include:
The ability to work with others, demonstrating strong teamworking abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work on your own initiative.
Attention to detail, working accurately within time deadlines.
It is desirable if you have:
Electric pallet truck license.
Experience operating tail lifts and manual handling equipment.
Basic understanding of health and safety, specifically relating to a warehouse environment.

The Hours
The successful applicant will be working 38 hours per week. The role will require weekend work and ability to adapt to a rapidly changing business environment.
The Shifts
Three-week rotational shift pattern working four out of seven days (Job to Finish) Week 1 - Tue, Wed and Thurs 12:00-21:30, Fridays 12:00-00:30
Week 2 - Sun, Mon and Thursday 12:00-21:30, Fridays 12:00-00:30
Week 3 - Sun-Wed 12:00-21:00
Long weekend off, 1 in 3
These roles are Job to Finish-This means that upon completion your loading duties, you are free to finish for the day, while you will be paid for your full scheduled shift. Shortlisted candidates will have the opportunity to discuss availability at interview
