Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Unloader to join our warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the safe and timely unloading of goods from lorries, ensuring that all materials are handled with care and stored appropriately. This role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE AND DO NOT APPLY IF ON STUDENT VISA.

Responsibilities

Safely unload materials from warehouse to delivery vehicles. Organise and store materials in designated areas within the warehouse. Maintain accurate records of incoming shipments. Conduct quality checks on received goods to ensure they meet company standards. Assist in the loading of outgoing shipments as required. Perform heavy lifting and manual handling tasks as necessary. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to safety protocols. Participate in regular inventory checks and assist with stock management.

Requirements

Previous warehouse experience is preferred, with a strong understanding of shipping and receiving processes. Proficiency in operating forklifts and other material handling equipment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems is advantageous. Mechanical knowledge is a plus for troubleshooting equipment issues. Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 25 kg) and engage in physical activity throughout the shift. Experience in construction or similar fields is beneficial but not essential. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices. Excellent teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively within a diverse team.
