We're looking for a proactive
Loading Shovel Operator
to join our busy Waste Management team at ourMaterial Recycling Facility (MRF)
. Processing over70,000 tonnes of construction waste each year
, our site is a fast-paced environment where safety, teamwork, and efficiency are key.What You'll Be Doing
Safely and efficiently operate loading shovels Load and unload articulated vehicles Support general site operations as needed Manage MRF bays to prevent overfilling Communicate with the weighbridge operator via two-way radio
Working Monday to Friday 6am - 5pm.
What We're Looking For
Experience operating mobile plant machinery Previous experience in the waste or recycling industry (advantageous) NPORS or CPCS certification for Wheeled Loading Shovel (desirable - training can be provided for the right candidate)
Candidates for this role must hold a valid right to work in the UK.
