Loan Officer | Hybrid | c.\xc2\xa370k plus bonus

Our client, Bricks Finance, is a successful privately-owned asset-backed finance company offering opportunity for sophisticated investors to earn between 6% and 8% return annually. With over \xc2\xa350m under investment and plans to grow we are recruiting a Loan Officer.

The Role:

• Source new lending opportunities through brokers and intermediaries and visit prospective and existing clients across the Southwest.
• Find and develop intermediary/broker contacts.
• Analyse opportunities and present reasoned credit papers for regulated and unregulated loans.
• Manage the credit check process, including ID and security checks.
• Manage drawdowns and monitoring of loans to repayment.
• Manage clients who have missed or are challenged with meeting their loan obligations.
• Continue to learn and exhibit best business practices.
• Visit clients to understand their needs and undertake credit check activity.

Your Experience and Skills:

• You are credit trained within the finance industry.
• You have experience performing quantitative analysis of financial data to determine the creditworthiness of a borrower.
• You have experience solving complex problems in the finance sector.
• You have excellent written and verbal skills, with the ability to reason (in paper) and articulate your thoughts succinctly.
• You have experience in sourcing and securing new lending opportunities across the region, either directly or through brokers / intermediaries.
• You have longevity in previous roles / with previous employers demonstrating reliability, trustworthiness, and loyalty.
• Accredited qualification in lending and risk assessment with at least 5 years experience.

Benefits:

• Salary up to \xc2\xa370k depending on experience
• Commission (taking OTE to \xc2\xa3100k)

• Hybrid working \xe2\x80\x93 must be in the office at Winslade Manor every Tuesday
