Tens City Studio, with flexibility to attend all studios
Flexibility:
90% Office based / 10% Home or Remote Working
Working Pattern:
Monday to Friday, some flexibility for client/brand events on weekends (subject to discussion and agreement).

Overall Purpose

Drive studio traffic and deepen client engagement and loyalty through strategic partnerships, compelling promotins and targeted local and digital activations. Bring the Brand to life through meaningful, positive interactons building loyalty and trust in every experience. Collaborate with studio teams to deliver personalised, impactful initiatives tailored to each client type.
Support and contribute to the tactical execution of Tens marketing strategy with specific accountability for local marketing and social media.
Contribute to the overall marketing plan and support daily implementation
Proactively support the HOM to ensure that projects and activities deliver against targets and the marketing calendar, and ensure that all activity aligns business objectives
Manage the social media calendar and corresponding channels
Have a deep understanding of Tens target audiences and products - leverage this understanding to create intelligent dialogue through content and activity being in and around the studios
Be a community champion support the studio teams to deliver positive experiences, meaningful engagement and customer retention
Be a brand ambassador and consumer champion, passing your knowledge and passion for what we do and the way we do it to all members of the team and other stakeholders

Collaborate with the marketing team to execute campaigns, contribute content ideas, and support with the manage of the design WIP to deliver on time and on-brand assets.
Own and deliver organic social media activity drive activity, numbers and salience
Support the HOM with the co-ordination and delivery of paid social media activity
Conceptualise, plan, and execute events that support the marketing strategy and overall business goals
Build relationships and work closely with the Studio Managers to support and deliver local marketing providing scalable frameworks for studio managers for ongoing monitoring & managment
Ensure studio teams are briefed and engaged with all projects you own, communicating effectively and providing them with the relevant marketing resources and information they need
Actively engage with the Wellness/Fitness industry to identify opportunities/trends that can be utilised in marketing activities
Social Media

Plan, activate and manage Tens social media activity & calendar
Ensure that all content is on brand and in line with marketing calendar
Manage Tens social media calendar and content, ensuring all activity is on-brand, optimised, and creatively geared to drive first timers and increase footfall
Ensure that the needs of different stakeholders are met PT, Trainers, Physio, Clinical
Deliver an influencer strategy that drives revenue, brand reach and awareness
Analyse data that measures the impact of social media activity
Complete weekly social media reports, track trends, and identify opportunities to optimise performance
Creative & Content

Create segmented content, where appropriate, that is both rational and relevant to Tens core audiences
Generate on-brand, audience-specific content including photography and video, aligned to the marketing calendar, working with the designer to deliver the necessary assets

Events/Partnerships/Local Marketing

Create, plan and manage events that support key services, maximise opportunities within budget, and drive brand awareness, community engagement, and ROI
Collaborate with external partners to deliver client-focused events that align with the marketing strategy and business goals.
Build out networks with performers in mind ie running, cycling, sports clubs as this drives referrals in the 'Reinforce' phase of Physio
Deliver ideas for Advocates and support the marketing team to drive customer engagement and satisfaction
Drive reach, revenue, and first-time visits through partnership and affiliate marketing opportunities.
Manage studio events, including planning and comms - Support SMs to deliver community engagement
Launch and manage Ambassador programme leverage influencers and clients to drive this
Manage local marketing with studio teams, delivering promotions, strategy, and communication materials
Build and maintain relationships with Studio teams to understand and assist local marketing needs
Collateral & Studio Imagery

Set-up and manage on MBO
Support with the execution of promotional landing pages, ensuring that all relevant pages are added to the social media landing page
Reporting - Analyse performance & ROI of campaigns that you are managing

Personal skills and qualities required

Be a proactive team player with a positive attitude
Minimum of 4 years prior marketing experience
Good knowledge of and/or genuine passion for the health & fitness/wellness industry
Strong understanding of digital, online and traditional marketing methods
Ability to adapt quickly and not afraid to juggle multiple projects
Be a champion and ambassador for the Brand and for the marketing team
Strong admin and organisational skills good with systems, processes and planning like tech
Good attention to detail
Ability to get things done a finisher and a doer
Practical approach to tasks
MBO knowledge advantageous
Good written and verbal communication skills
Confident dealing with colleagues and stakeholders, clients, partners, press and networking where needed
