Job Description

We are looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to drive our brand presence, increase customer engagement, and develop strategic partnerships. This role is ideal for a creative and data-driven marketer with experience in social media management, content creation, and customer acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a marketing strategy to increase brand awareness and footfall. Manage all social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), creating engaging content. Collaborate with local businesses, influencers, and community groups to drive partnerships. Oversee paid advertising campaigns and optimize them for best results. Analyze marketing performance using key metrics and reporting tools. Support PR initiatives and outreach to media outlets. Assist in planning and executing promotional events and seasonal campaigns. Maintain the cafe's online presence, including website updates and email marketing. Engage with customers through social media, responding to inquiries and feedback. Work closely with the cafe team to ensure brand consistency in all communications.
Requirements:

Fluent English and other language (Russian, Arabic, Chinese is an advantage) (preferred due to customer and partnership opportunities). Master's degree in finance, marketing, business, or a related field (strongly preferred). At least 1 year of experience in a marketing or social media role. Experience with social media platforms, content creation, and digital marketing tools. Strong analytical skills to track and optimize marketing campaigns. Creativity and ability to generate innovative marketing ideas. Knowledge of London's cafe/restaurant market is a plus. Passion for community-focused businesses and social impact.

Pay: 35,500.00-55,000.00 per year
