We are seeking a new team member who shares our passion and drive to help us expand our brand across the local market.
The Role:
As our Local Sales Representative, you will be the face of our brand within your territory. You will build and nurture strong relationships with local pubs, restaurants, bottle shops, and distributors, driving sales and increasing brand visibility. This is an office and field-based role perfect for a self-starter who loves being out and about, connecting with people, and making things happen.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the local on-trade (pubs, bars, restaurants) and off-trade (retailers) markets.
Relationship Management:
Build and maintain excellent relationships with existing and new customers, providing exceptional service and product knowledge.
Brand Promotion:
Organise and conduct tastings, events, and other promotional activities to engage customers and increase brand awareness.
Sales Execution:
Achieve sales targets by effectively managing your territory, tracking sales activities, and executing promotional strategies.
Market Intelligence:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback, reporting your findings back to the management team.
Merchandising:
Ensure that point-of-sale (POS) materials and product placements are optimised in customer venues.
What We're Looking For:
Passion for Cider:
A genuine love for craft beverages and a deep understanding of our products is a significant advantage.
Sales Experience:
Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the drinks or hospitality industry.
Relationship Builder:
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills to build rapport and close deals.
Self-Motivated:
A target-driven, independent worker with strong organisational and time-management abilities.
Driver's Licence:
A full, valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively within the territory.
