As Area Sales Representative you'll be specialising in our Fulfilment product - a booming part of our business - and you'll have a full support network behind you: structured training, experienced mentors, and a buzzing team environment where you can truly shine.

  • Building and managing your own high-quality prospect pipeline
  • Responding to inbound enquiries within SLA and converting them into new business
  • Hitting KPIs and smashing productivity targets
  • Using our CRM to track activity, progress deals and keep everything on point
  • Onboarding new clients and ensuring they fully understand our products and customer service tools
  • Monitoring trading performance so new clients hit profile within 4 weeks and are ready for handover within 6
  • Resolving escalations and supporting clients to keep things running smoothly
  • Delivering high-quality calls, emails and customer interactions
  • Collaborating with Telesales, Field Sales, Account Management and local Operations teams to deliver a seamless customer experience

  • Previous sales experience desirable but not essential
  • Confident with Microsoft Office and general IT tools
  • Understanding of e-commerce and fulfilment is a bonus
