Job Description
This role will involve delivering sensitive, person-centred support to unpaid and family carers. It will promote their physical and mental wellbeing by providing a comprehensive information service that empowers carers to make informed decisions about their emotional, physical, and financial health. This includes offering one-to-one support to help carers access the services they need and develop confidence in managing their caring role.
