Access4Lofts is a fast growing business which is totally dedicated to customer service and customer satisfaction. We supply and fit loft hatches, ladders, boarding and insulation. Due to increased demand for our services we are now looking for a loft storage fitter to join the Chester/North Wales Access4Lofts business.

The work involves:

Working in occupied properties

Fitting loft ladders, hatches, boarding and insulation (full training will be given).

Completing the required paperwork and demonstrating how products work to customer where applicable

Working safely at height, from ladders

Working in the confined space of a loft

Providing customer satisfaction

Qualifications required:

Full driving licence

Skills and experience required:

The ability to work safely and efficiently in the confined space of a loft - Fully certified Health and Safety Training will be provided

The ability to work safely at heights- Fully certified Health and Safety Training will be provided

Excellent time management

Excellent customer care skills

The ability to understand and confirm both written and verbal works and safety instructions

The ability to ensure all company Health and Safety rules are adhered to at all times

Hold a Full UK driving license

Have a good level of experience with first and second fix carpentry

Be customer focused, with excellent communication skills.

Be competent and be able to work on own initiative

Have a high level of problem solving skills

Have a positive attitude

Be very punctual, reliable and trustworthy

Be organised and efficient

Be prepared to work overtime when required

Be motivated by growth within the company

Be well presented and have pride in everything they do

Be able to instruct and manage others when required

Experience of power tools is an advantage

The job would be ideal for people from the following backgrounds (fitter)

Carpenter (1st fix)

Cladder (fascia/soffit)

Framer

Roofer

Flooring Installer

Decking Installer

Loft Converter

Multi trader/Handyman

However, other backgrounds will be considered on their merit.

Job type: Full Time

Hours - Usual working days are Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm (occasional Saturday as and when required)

We are based in Mold, most work will be completed around the Chester area, but we cover a wider area (as far as Anglesey) so travel to jobs will be required.

Benefits:

Salary: 2,000 per month plus bonus - this will take the salary to between 32,000 and 36,000 per annum
