As Administrative Support, you'll ensure smooth communication and documentation flow across the Distribution Centre and HR department. This role offers a great chance to contribute to a dynamic environment and develop your administrative career.
Key Responsibilities
Manage company correspondence, including letters, emails, parcels, and documents
Ensure the correct flow of documentation and information among site employees and HR
Order and manage office supplies and inventory
Prepare documentation, reports, and presentations as requested by the Site Manager and HR team
Support HR department in ongoing administrative activities
Maintain an organised and efficient office environment

Requirements
Previous experience in (executive) administrative or office support, ideally in logistics, warehousing or operational settings
Strong organisational skills with great attention to detail
Positive, collaborative attitude with willingness to support a diverse team
Excellent time management skills, with proven ability to plan and prioritise effectively
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
