Here at GXO, we are on the lookout for a

Site Administrator

to join us at our shared-user site in

Draycott-In-The-Clay

. You'll be an integral part of the on-site team reporting to the Transport Operations Manager. You'll have great variation in daily tasks, including but not limited to; payroll, tracking absence, ordering site supplies, and preparing and checking all weekly costings before they are presented to the customer.

In short, we need an all-rounder, someone who will pitch in when needed!

This is a full-time, permanent position where you'll be working

Monday-Friday between the hours of 08:00-17:00

. Some flexibility may be required, this is logistics after all!

We're looking to offer a salary of up

to 27,000.00

What you'll do on a typical day:

To provide accurate and efficient administrative support for the site, as required Track and record all Driver daily hours and prepare and submit for monthly pay Keep updated sickness/holiday/overtime records for site weekly Ensure accuracy and completeness of all weekly financial figures before preparing and presenting the weekly build file to the Finance Manager Responsible for site consumables such as uniform, operational supplies and trailers Support for visitors to site, admin/note-taking support for managers and general administration support

What you need to succeed at GXO:

Past administration experience, ideally in a people focused role with some finance experience preferred (Experience of cost control and working within budget, reporting and managing cost variances) Attention to detail checking all figures and charges are correct Demonstrate sustainable improvements within Health & Safety and Human Resource Advanced Microsoft Office user including Word Excel and PowerPoint Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, experience developing relationships with customers and colleagues
