Job Overview

To take ownership of the end-to-end fulfilment process by ensuring accurate stock data, efficient warehouse operations, and seamless logistics. This role will be central to improving system reliability, supporting production planning, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience through on-time, in-full, next-day delivery. To lead and manage the warehouse and logistics team and processes to fulfil the key responsibilities and accountabilities for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Stock Accuracy & Systems

Maintain and improve accuracy of stock levels across ERP/MRP and online systems. Ensure production planning is based on reliable, real-time data. Minimise year-end adjustments by maintaining accurate valuations throughout the year.

Logistics & Warehouse Operations

Oversee and streamline warehouse processes to reduce errors and increase efficiency. Coordinate with production and customer service teams to ensure smooth, accurate order flow. Implement best practices in logistics and fulfilment to support next-day delivery targets.

Customer Fulfilment & Service

Ensure orders are dispatched in full, on time, every time. Monitor fulfilment KPIs (accuracy, timeliness, customer complaints) and drive improvements. Support the launch and ongoing reliability of online ordering by ensuring accurate customer-facing stock levels.

Skills & Experience

Proven experience leading and managing a team; in fulfilment, logistics, warehouse management, or stock control. Strong understanding of ERP/MRP systems and stock management principles. Strong Microsoft office / Excel skills (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, etc.) Customer-focused mindset with a drive to deliver service excellence, exceeding internal and external customer expectations. Analytical and detail-oriented, able to quickly identify and resolve discrepancies. Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills, with the ability to work across multiple teams. Process-driven, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.

Pay: 30,000.00-40,000.00 per year
