To coordinate transport and logistics activities to ensure customer deliveries are completed on time, in full and at optimal cost, while maintaining strong relationships with Hauliers and key customers. The role supports Supply Chain operations through transport booking , performance reporting, customer liaison , issue resolution and order input.
Key responsibilities
Booking collections on Haulier portals
Weekly analysis of Haulier invoices, negotiate with Hauliers on over charged pallets and recover costs where applicable.
Weekly KPI reporting (Price per pallet , OTIF) for the Operations Meeting
Manage and maintain OTIF (On time in full) reporting
Maintain a detailed rejection /damages log including root cause and corrective actions
Manage and maintain sales orders and logistics inbox
Input all sales orders accurately on Sage and send order confirmations
Key point of contact for all customers.
Key account Management reporting weekly OTIF and any service failures and review order patterns
Able to priorotise own workload
Answering incoming calls.

We are looking for someone with:
Experience in Logistics, Transport or Supply chain coordination
Confident using ERP systems, Excel and email
Strong attention to detail
Clear and confident communicator (Written and verbal)
Able to work independently and priorotise workload
At least 2 years Administration experience
Office based role
