Cognita's flagship London School, North Bridge House, has campuses in Canonbury, Hampstead and Regent's Park. The Regent's Park and Hampstead campuses will become part of the Alleyn's Schools Group. Alleyn's Regent's Park will open in September 2025 and Alleyn's Hampstead in September 2026.
Regent's Park Prep is located in a historic, former convent on the edge of Regent's Park and educates children aged 4-13. About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and self-motivated individual to support the smooth and efficient day-to-day running of our school's coach transport system. This varied role involves liaising with parents, teaching staff, and third-party contractors, acting as a first point of contact for telephone calls, visitors, pupils, and staff. The successful candidate will undertake a range of clerical and administrative duties including managing school access, supporting teaching staff, assisting with attendance records, and coordinating school activities, clubs, and events. You will maintain accurate transport registers, billing, and timetables, produce pupil and staff lists, and respond promptly to parent queries and ad hoc travel arrangements. The role also includes supporting senior leadership, preparing internal communications and publications, and contributing to the wider Cognita schools group when required. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing school community, where high-touch customer service, outstanding email etiquette, and excellent communication skills are essential.
This is a permanent, full-time role immediately available.
Who we are looking for:
We are seeking a confident and capable individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work effectively both independently and as part of a team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills, with the ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure. A background in transport or logistics is highly desirable, along with experience in a similar administrative role. Candidates should have a good standard of secondary education, ideally complemented by an undergraduate degree or equivalent. A First Aid at Work certification is preferred, and experience working with children would be a distinct advantage. This role requires someone who is proactive, organised, and able to use their initiative to support the smooth running of school operations.
