Scope of the role:

itsu [grocery] is looking for a Logistics Assistant to join its supply chain team. They will assist the supply planning team with inbound stock movements: discussing physical movements with freight forwarders & warehouses, while ensuring stock received matches purchase orders and invoices. They will also support the processing of logistics invoices: distribution, freight & customs invoices.

This is a great entry level Supply Chain role with a broad exposure to supply planners and our suppliers.

Assist with container movements, coordinating with warehouses & freight forwarders Check & process logistics invoices: distribution, freight & customs invoices Making enquiries where there are discrepancies and following up to ensure those queries are resolved Assisting with accruals and prepayments at period end Inbound freight rate, customs and lane analysis to assist with inbound planning. Outbound distribution analysis and planning.
