The Role
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a growing, innovative team and company, where we will support you in your progression to reach your full potential. Jenkins are seeking to recruit a Logistics Coordinator for our warehouse in Brough.
The purpose of the role is to oversee and optimise the movement of goods and materials ensuring efficient flow of items, while maintaining strong communications with various stakeholders.
The Person
Essential Criteria:
GCSE grade C and above In English and Maths and A Level (or equivalent) educational achievement;
Proficiency in using Microsoft office products, particularly Microsoft Excel and Word;
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to prioritise own workload;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, ability to give and receive information effectively;
Ability to work flexibly in an environment with competing demands and deadlines from both internal and external stakeholders;
Experience of managing high volumes of data and managing / prioritising deadlines;
Experience of providing high quality service to both internal and external customers.
Desirable
Experience of working within a logistics / warehouse business.
